As of August 1, 2026, we are renting this cozy house with a garden in a quiet location with a view of the greenery: - all rooms with parquet flooring - kitchen with 4-plate glass ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, oven and separate steamer as well as space for a table (corner bench available) - ground probe heating - fully functional, bright wood stove with cozy stove bench. When the stove is heated, you can use the fire to cook via a separate cooking surface in the kitchen. - parent bedroom and office with built-in closets - all windows with double glazing - large laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer - bathroom with sink, toilet, bathtub, separate shower and plenty of storage space - seating area with garden - parking space directly in front of the house for 3 cars (uncovered) included in the rent - low ceiling height (between 1.92 - 2.05m) - crawl space with gravel floor - large attic - rent is all-inclusive For safety reasons (farm operation around the property), we do not want to rent this house to families with small children.
