You are not just looking for a room, but a place where you can feel at home in the long term? Then you have come to the right place with us!
We are Alex (28), Vera (19) and Michelle (20) and live together in a house with character and history that is in family ownership. Not a highly styled new building where every wall looks the same. Instead, there is a lot of charm, plenty of space, a large garden and a home with personality.
Your realm is located on the top floor and offers plenty of space. Lots of wood, cozy attic slopes, carpeted floors and a great view of the greenery ensure a really pleasant atmosphere. In addition, there is plenty of storage space and even your own sink directly in the room. Enough space, therefore, to really settle in and not live out of moving boxes permanently. 😄
The house includes a large garden that invites you to linger outside and where you can wonderfully enjoy the end of the working day with a little beer and the sunset.
Our WG life lies somewhere in the pleasant middle. Our WG life is relaxed and uncomplicated. The natural meeting point is usually the kitchen, where you run into each other and like to hang out for a coffee or a little beer and chat for a bit. ☕🍻 At the same time, we all value our privacy and our own retreat. You can sit together, but you don't have to. We want to maintain exactly this mixture of community and personal space. 🍻
Cleanliness is very important to us. We want to live in a well-maintained and tidy WG where everyone contributes their part. We are not looking for a cleaning fanatic with white gloves, but the kitchen, bathroom and common rooms should be left in such a way that the next person is also happy with them. 😉
The location is also right: In around 10 minutes you are at Uster station and from there in about 15 minutes at Zürich HB. So you get a house with a garden, space and peace, without having to do without the proximity to Zürich.
We are looking for an open, reliable and uncomplicated person who can imagine living with us for longer and seeing the house as their home.
