Room in a shared flat

As of 01 October 2026, we are looking for a new flatmate for our beautiful old building apartment as a living community in Chur. Miar are not a Zweck-WG and wish for someone who fits well into our group. Miar are Lynn, 34, passionate accident researcher and on the bike a lot in the summer, and Simeon, 31, professional-loving physiotherapist and very much outdoors climbing. The apartment and all rooms are very large, approx. 170m2, old building, in the middle of Chur, approx. 3 min to Migros and approx. 4 to the station (on foot). The room that becomes free is approx. 20 m2 and the rent is 1005 CHF (excl. Internet/Serafe and electricity/gas).
