Room in a shared flat

For my spacious apartment (approx. 150 m²) in the center of Frauenfeld, I am looking for a roommate starting from 1 February 2027.

The apartment:

• Huge living area with plenty of space for everyone
• Separate kitchen
• Bathroom with shower and bathtub
• Very spacious balcony, perfect for summer evenings ☀️
• Cellar and additional attic for storage space
• Washing machine and tumbler in the apartment
• WLAN available
• Bicycle room
• Top location: shops, restaurants and the train station are reachable in approx. 5 minutes on foot

The room:

• Currently furnished, the furniture can be taken over by arrangement
• Rent: CHF 1'050.– per month, excl. utilities and internet
• No deposit necessary: The rental deposit has already been paid, you only contribute approx. CHF 10–15 per month to it

Good to know:

• Smoking only on the balcony
• Pets after arrangement with the landlord
• Visitors are welcome at any time
• Parking space: rather difficult, possibly possible via the municipality

About me:
I am Markus, 26, athletically active and often on the road for work. On the side, I dance Bachata and Salsa and am currently learning Spanish. I am open, enterprising and always curious about new things.

Who I am looking for:
An uncomplicated, cheerful person with whom living together is simply fun. If you feel like it, we can also enjoy doing something together sometimes. But that is not a must, everyone naturally also has their own space.
