Room in a shared flat

As a subtenant, weekly resident, internship period or similar: I offer a beautiful, bright, painted furnished room on the 1st floor in a quiet residential area in the middle of nature, close to a stream and opposite a farm. The room is approx. 14 m² in size and is ideally suited for a weekly resident, intern or similar, who works, studies or completes an internship in Basel or nearby during the week. The location is quiet and practical: The public transport connection to Basel is very good. A possibility for a bicycle is available. A few more details about the room: You have your own room with us, which would be furnished as follows: \- Bed, extendable up to 140 CM wide \- Wardrobe \- Coat rack Then you have your own bathroom with a cupboard and your own shower. For shared use would be the kitchen, which is somewhat small for it but very cozy, the living room and a winter garden, where you could also work at the desk. The garden is relatively large; here you are welcome to use the children's trampoline for the fitness area 🙂 We are looking for a personality who does not feel disturbed if it is a bit more lively and louder sometimes. We are very sporty, enjoy working in the garden and do a lot of activities. Included in the rent are electricity, water, internet use. The rent would be 650,- CHF per month.
