Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone My girlfriend and I are leaving our 9-person shared apartment in Ostermundigen near Bern as of 1 October and are looking for roommates for the period 1.10.2026- 30.11.2026 (limited). We offer: \-Two connected rooms (ideal for a couple) on the first floor, one of which has direct balcony access. \-Bathroom on the same floor. (Shared) \-Large kitchen-living area (Shared) \-Living room (Shared) \-Home office spaces (Shared) \-Guest room (Shared) \-Wood and bicycle workshop (Shared) \-Large terrace and garden (Shared) \-Large cellar with laundry room (Shared) The rent for the rooms is 658 CHF (16.96m²) and 640 CHF (16.2m2) respectively. The utility costs are very low thanks to the PV system and heat pump and are shared solidarily according to financial circumstances. There is the possibility to share groceries with the other roommates (incl. weekly shopping, vegetable subscription, Biopartner orders). Participation in shared meals is voluntary. (Total: Between 200 CHF and 400 CHF for all utility and household costs and food). Individual furniture can be taken over by arrangement.
