Room in a shared flat

The 13 rooms are in a beautiful old building. The rooms are bright, with parquet flooring, furnished (bed, table, chair, shelf). Each room is different. Additionally, there are two common rooms and two fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers. Three rooms have a private shower/WC (at an extra charge), the other 10 rooms share 8 shower/WC facilities, so there are enough available. Also, 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers are available (subject to a fee). WLAN throughout the whole house, free of charge. A garden and a loggia are also there for shared use. Our cleaning staff cleans the communally used rooms weekly. This service is included in the price. There are no additional costs; electricity, heating costs, and also toilet paper, waste bag fees, and dishwashing detergent are included.
