Room in a shared flat

I am looking for a female/male flatmate for my partially furnished 4.5 room apartment starting mid-October. The apartment will be shared.

The rent is 1100.00 including the service charges and TV/Internet. Electricity costs are exclusive.
The corresponding bedroom is 12 m2 in size. The room is very bright and all windows are equipped with a mosquito net.
The living room, the study, the kitchen, the bath/WC as well as the balcony may be used.

The apartment features a washing machine and a dryer as well as a cellar compartment, which may be used.

For all tenants, there is a small seating area on the ground floor.

If required, a garage space can be rented additionally for 120.00 CHF monthly.
