3 ½ rooms apartment

I am looking for a successor tenant for my affordable 3.5-room apartment in Boswil, for CHF 1'320.– including parking space and all ancillary costs. Particularly practical: The Boswil school is just around the corner, the train station can be reached in 7 and the Volg with gas station in only 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is rented privately, and accordingly, much care has been taken with it. Smaller and larger repairs are carried out time and again: In February 2025 the bathroom was completely renovated, in January 2026 it was freshly painted. Before my move-out, several small manual improvements will also be made. Originally, there is no dishwasher in the kitchen. However, a built-in machine is available which can be purchased if required. Regarding pets: One apartment cat is permitted, anything else would have to be clarified with the landlords. Viewing appointments can gladly be arranged with me.
