Room in a shared flat

Are you looking for a cozy home with lovely roommates, a relaxed atmosphere, and a large, sunny balcony? Then our shared apartment could be just the right thing for you!

Since I am moving in with my boyfriend, we are looking for a new person to continue our shared apartment life together with Melinda and Roberto.

🏡 The room & the apartment

The available room is approx. 28 m² and costs 770 CHF per month. You will live with us in a spacious 4.5-room apartment with:

• 🛋️ Cozy living room
• 🍝 Large kitchen for cooking together
• 🛁 Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub
• 🚲 Cellar for bicycle storage
• 🚗 Parking possibilities in the surrounding area and blue zone

Some furniture can be taken over for a transfer fee if interested.

📍 The location

The apartment is located in Winterthur Oberwinterthur. The train station is reachable in about 5 minutes, a small neighborhood shop is right around the corner, and the swimming pool (Badi) is approximately 20 minutes away.

🧡 Who we are

Melinda (23) studies Psychology and BWL, is creative, enjoys reading, and sews.

Roberto (22) studies Computer Science, works on the side, and is very technically proficient. He is a warm and uncomplicated roommate.

We are both open, easy-going, and look forward to harmonious coexistence.

☀️ Our shared apartment life

We enjoy cooking together every now and then, sitting on the balcony, having nice conversations, or spending cozy evenings together. At the same time, it is important to us that everyone has their own space and can withdraw at any time. We wish for a relaxed togetherness where one feels at home without anything being forced.

🔑 Who we are looking for

We look forward to an open, warm, and uncomplicated person who wants a nice shared apartment life, enjoys sharing moments together, and is at the same time independent and considerate.

Important: Since I am currently the main tenant and am moving out, we are looking for someone who can take over the main lease agreement. The change must still be coordinated with and approved by the administration.
