Room in a shared flat

Please note: only long-term subletting possible. One room is being rented (furnished, own furniture can be brought) in a fully equipped 3.5-room apartment with shower/WC and separate guest WC, which can also be used quasi-exclusively; large kitchen and living room, 2 balconies as well as a (Schreber) garden. Kitchen and bathrooms were renovated about 3a years ago. Smoking is possible (only) on the balconies. I (43, m.) have many years of shared apartment experience and am looking for a replacement for the current subtenant. Please no complete newcomers from Hotel Mamma, otherwise I am completely open. I like company and also enjoy cooking/eating/drinking together, but am not looking for a new best friend. Interest in gardening and/or board games is a plus ;) The location is quite quiet, directly next to a local recreation area and well connected by public transport; bus in front of the door, 6' on foot to Bhf Dietlikon (3 lines to ZH and Winterthur/Wetzikon), various shopping possibilities within walking distance or 10' to Glattzentrum. Parking space (also in TG) can be rented additionally. Affable neighbors; laundry times are readily available. The rent includes NK, except for electricity (approx. 12-15.-/mt. according to billing every 3 months); no internet/wlan.
