For the summer months, I am renting out my fully furnished 3.5-room apartment at Sonnenhaldenstrasse 19 (St. Fiden/Sonnenhalde district) to one or two people. During the entire rental period, you will have the apartment all to yourself. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is immediately available for occupancy: fully equipped kitchen, complete furnishings, private balcony with a view of the greenery, WLAN included, as well as a private laundry and drying room in the house. Location: HSG approx. 20 minutes on foot; HB St. Gallen approx. 10-12 minutes by bus/train; Migros St. Fiden a few minutes' walk. Key data: Rental period 1 July - 1 October 2026 (limited). Rent dependent on number of people - details on request. No parking space (blue zone). Non-smoking apartment, no pets. Consent of the landlord is available.
