Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a furnished room in a cozy 3-room apartment in Zürich starting from mid-October. The apartment is approx. 72 m² in size and is located very centrally, directly near Stauffacher. Thus, shopping facilities and the tram stop are reachable in only about 2min. Numerous restaurants are also within walking distance, and it is only a 10min walk to the Hauptbahnhof.

The apartment features a balcony as well as its own laundry tower. I myself occupy the other room and am looking for a sympathetic, reliable and considerate person for pleasant cohabitation.

Rent: CHF 1’300.– per month
Service charges: CHF 200.– per month
Total rent: CHF 1’500.– per month

The room will be sublet for at least 3 months. An extension or a long-term sublet is possible by arrangement.
