In a preferred location in a beautiful quarter above Uni + ETH, we are renting a spacious 4-room apartment immediately.

The large and bright old building apartment was completely renovated a few years ago and the original components from the time of construction (1909) were restored as far as possible. All rooms are approx. 3.4 m high. In front of the living room, there is a balcony of approx. 9m2, additionally the kitchen has a smaller balcony.

All living and sleeping rooms still have the original parquet, which has now been sealed, and the floors in the kitchen, bathroom and separate WC have been refreshed.

The kitchen features modern Miele appliances (dishwasher, large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, oven and glass ceramic hob with induction). Next to the modern kitchen, the original kitchen buffet has been partially preserved and offers additional storage space.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a washbasin, fittings and other furnishings in a classic style, as is the separate WC/washbasin.

A large compartment in the cellar belongs to the apartment.
