Since I am moving to Basel at the end of November, we are looking for a new female roommate from 1.12. for our quietly located professional shared flat in Riesbach, near the lake and only eight minutes' walk from Bhf Tiefenbrunnen. To the clinic district (Unispital, Hirslanden, Kinderspital, EPI Klinik, etc.) it is also only a short walk. The shared flat room is approx. 14 m2, plus shared use of the living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, WC, balcony and bathroom. Quiet house with only four rental parties. Large, not directly visible garden. The apartment is not located directly on a street, behind it there is only a garden and a large park. Therefore extraordinarily quiet, from the room window you hear mainly birdsong during the day. CHF 1'200 rent incl. furnishings and plus 125.- service charges flat rate, only electricity is added separately according to consumption.
