The first-time rental "Seuzi mis Dihei" comprises two renovated multi-family houses with a total of 14 rental apartments (2.5 to 4.5 rooms). The development is located in a quiet and central position in the middle of Seuzach. The occupancy of the apartments is planned for spring 2027 (expected 1 April 2027).

With your application, please submit current debt enforcement extracts (not older than 3 months) for all places of residence over the last 2 years as well as a copy of the front/back of your ID, your passport or your residence permit. As part of the selection process, we will invite you to a viewing appointment at the construction site. This will give you the opportunity to get a first impression of the apartment finishing, the room layout and the construction progress. The viewings are planned for October 2026.
