Room in a shared flat

Hey! In an apartment very close to the Winterthur train station, 3 rooms will become available soon.
The rooms are all slightly different in size:
Zimmer 1 (currently an atelier) is about 4.50 m long and 3 m wide (15 m^2) with built-in wardrobes. The window looks directly onto the balcony, so there is sun in the room in the evening.
Zimmer 2 (becoming available now) has a length of approx. 5.30 m and is approx. 2.70 m wide (14m^2). The window is on the side of a rather more heavily trafficked street. However, the sun shines in during the morning.
Zimmer 3 is very similar to Zimmer 2 in terms of size and orientation. The special thing about the room is the built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space.
As can be seen on the floor plan, the entire apartment has slightly crooked walls. Which leads to its own charm.
Our current shared apartment is currently in a transition phase and I, Rya, am looking for 3 new roommates by arrangement.
About me: I am in my final year at the Pädagogische Hochschule in Zürich and will become a primary school teacher. In my free time, I am out and about a lot in the city with my friends, organize small, fine raves, and like to read.
For the WG, I wish for open-minded, warm, and conscientious roommates. It should be a cozy home with game nights, regulated chores, and lots of laughter.
