Good day, I am looking for a successor tenant as of approx. 1 September 2026 for my large 4 1/2 room raised ground floor apartment with terrace. View from the kitchen directly onto the neighborhood playground. Since I am moving out outside of the regular term, the apartment will be handed over as it is. 1 bathroom + 1 guest WC Also included with the apartment is an additional room, cellar compartment, attic compartment. For general use, a bicycle room is available, as well as the washing machine including drying room. Dishwasher, was installed by previous tenants, works perfectly, is not part of the rental agreement, but I would leave it in. Public transport connection: Bus runs every 15 minutes to Rüti Bahnhof, subsequently in approx. 25 min in Zürich. Kindergarten and school within a few minutes' walk and reachable via side streets.
