1 room apartment

In the beautiful and natural Zürich-Witikon, my 1-room apartment will be available from July 1 to September 30. The small but fine apartment is located on the upper floor of the residential building and, in addition to the living room, has a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and an entrance hall. Additionally, the apartment includes a private garage. You can expect the most modern Electrolux-GrandLuxe series kitchen appliances, a high-quality bathroom fixture (with Schmidlin bathtub), plenty of light in the living room, and a southwest-facing balcony. In the entrance hall, there is a spacious built-in closet. All rooms are equipped with large windows, and you can enjoy the view of the Uetliberg and up to the Glarner Alps.
