2 rooms apartment

I am looking for a subtenant for **1-2 months** starting from 1 September 2026 - or earlier by arrangement - for my gem on Seestrasse. I imagine an uncomplicated person who will enjoy a **great view** and a cozy apartment with lots of charm. If my few house plants can also be given a little love (and water), I would be particularly happy! The beautiful **period building apartment** with a direct view of Lake Zurich features a spacious bedroom and a cozy living room with a wood-burning stove. The entire apartment is laid with herringbone parquet. A large balcony with a dining table, gas grill, and lounge invites you to linger, and since part of the balcony is covered, grilling is possible in any weather. The entire apartment is being **sublet furnished**. The kitchen is well-equipped and nothing is missing to indulge culinarily. The dry goods may, of course, also be used. My charming apartment is located directly on **Seestrasse** and the Hafen Stäfa is just a hop across the street. In warmer temperatures, my **SUP** can also be used. Shopping facilities (Migros/Coop/Alnatura/Denner/Aldi) are all within a 5-minute walking distance. A **parking space** and **WiFi** are **included** in the rental costs.
