Room in a shared flat

Are you looking for a furnished room for a limited duration from January (ideally February) to August 2027? Then this offer might suit you well:
We are a utility shared flat of 4 non-smoking people in a 5-room apartment, on the 3rd floor of a small building, in a quiet corner of the Beaumont district.
The building is very well located, 20-25 minutes on foot from the station, the hospital (HFR), the university and several large shopping centers and despite all this without any transit traffic. A large park is located just behind the building to rest and get some fresh air. Bus lines 5 and 9 serve the district.
In common we have:

• bathroom,
• WC,
• small fully equipped kitchen,
• dining area with table and 4 chairs
• access to a small balcony on the weekend.

A washing machine and a dryer are available in the building's laundry room.
The financial contribution is to be paid before the beginning of each month. It includes the rent, utilities, electricity, internet connection, the washing machine, trash bags, cleaning products and toilet paper. We also share salt, spices, vinegar and oil.
The start and end dates of the contract are negotiable if needed.
A deposit of 2224 CHF will be requested to validate the reservation. It can be recovered after leaving the room in good condition.
