At the foot of the Simplon Pass lies the beautiful city of Brig. It was named Alpine City of the Year in 2008. Brig is perhaps one of the busiest cities in Upper Valais and, together with Glis, forms the municipality of Brig-Glis. The municipality pulsates, not least due to numerous events in the Mediterranean-style city center, Sebastiansplatz. Brig offers numerous and varied shopping opportunities, several schools for all age groups; secondary schools and universities are also present in Brig. Additionally, the hub of the Spitalzentrum Oberwallis is being developed in Brig.

The floor plan of this apartment has been designed from the start for living comfort and a clear separation of areas. Upon entering, a wide, central hallway opens up, which structures the apartment logically: on one side the spacious living and dining area, on the other side the retreat areas. This creates short distances and no unused circulation spaces.

The open living, dining, and cooking area is the center of the apartment. The room is cut so deep and long that the sofa area, dining table, and kitchen can naturally be divided into zones without disturbing each other. The kitchen with a cooking island forms the southern conclusion and invites you to cook together while guests are already sitting at the table. Large window surfaces and the warm wooden floor ensure a bright, inviting atmosphere. Via the living area, you can go directly outside onto the terrace and into the garden, so that the living space can be extended almost indefinitely on beautiful days.

The three bedrooms are located in the eastern part of the apartment. The master bedroom is deliberately placed at the end of the apartment and offers a lot of peace. The adjacent bathroom with a bathtub is directly accessible and thus functions almost like a private master bathroom. The other two rooms are practically laid out and offer enough space for a bed, wardrobe, and desk. They are equally suitable as children's rooms, guest rooms, or home offices. A second wet room with a shower in the southern area eases everyday life and is also easily accessible for guests without them having to pass through the private rooms.
