Room in a shared flat

Description

From 01 February 2027, this cozy, bright shared apartment room is available for rent. For our 5-person shared flat, we are looking for a new flatmate. Since the apartment is rented by STUWO, we are looking for a person who is studying. Since smaller renovation works (especially pipes) are scheduled for autumn 2027, the room will likely be limited until 32.08.2027.

The room is fully furnished.

The shared flat features: A living room with a large uncovered terrace, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 5 individual bedrooms.

Shopping facilities (Coop, Migros and Denner) are available within walking distance (approx. 5 minutes). The Bachmätteli tram stop is directly in front of the front door and the Bümpliz Nord and Süd stations can be reached in a few minutes. The university is reachable in 15-20 minutes by bike or public transport.

We are looking for an open-minded person who is not looking for a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for purely functional purposes). Shared dinners and a family-like living arrangement are important to us.

About us

We are Annika (25, Master's student in Psychology), Mira (22, Bachelor's student in German Studies), Edrine (24, Master's student in Bioinformatics) and Gianna (25, Master's student in Economics).

Our hobbies are doing sports (jogging, horse riding, fitness), reading a book, or we also like to spend a TV or game night together.
