• Rental period: 18 months from 18 January 2027, fixed-term, with extension option by arrangement
• Rental deposit: three months' rent in a rental deposit account
• Subletting subject to the written consent of the landlord; the sublease agreement will be concluded using the official form of the Canton of Zürich
• Small pets are allowed, larger pets by arrangement
