Room in a shared flat

Hello!
In our 4-person student shared flat in the Fribourg district of Torry, a room with 10 m² will become available from 1 January.
We are three female students: one studies Biomedicine, one German Studies/PP (both in their first semester) and one Social Work/Social Policy in her third semester. We speak mainly German and French, mostly a mix of both.
We are looking for a young person who is open, enjoys participating in our table and kitchen conversations and looks forward to a pleasant shared flat atmosphere. At the same time, the size of the apartment offers enough space to also withdraw for a while.
We are only looking for non-smoking persons!
The apartment is two stories and has a total of 5.5 rooms: two bathrooms with two toilets, a kitchen (with dishwasher), a living room and a balcony. There is also a laundry room with a dryer as well as a large cellar.
The location is ideal: By bicycle you are at Miséricorde in 5 minutes, on foot in about 15 minutes. Migros and Denner can also be reached in 5 minutes. The bus stop for line 5 is only one minute away from the house and takes you to the center in 7 minutes. And as a small extra, there is a cozy café right around the corner with the best Gipfeli and when the weather is nice, we enjoy beautiful sunsets during dinner.
The rent is 397.- per month, including utilities, electricity and WLAN.
