Room in a shared flat

I (f) am 63 years old and live with my dog Chelsea in a detached house in Oberdürnten. Since my son is moving out in November, I am looking for a sympathetic, animal-loving female or male flatmate with whom the interpersonal connection also fits. Having your own pets is also generally welcome upon arrangement.

Two interconnected rooms in the basement are being rented out with a total of approx. 28m² (15 & 13 m²). The area has a separate entrance as well as its own garden seating area and therefore offers a lot of privacy – ideal for setting up your own small living and retreat area.

The bathroom, which is primarily intended for the flatmate, is located on the middle floor. Kitchen, living and dining room as well as washing machine / tumbler are to be used communally. The spacious garden is also available for shared use. If required, there is also the possibility to use another room, for example, as an office/home office.

The house is located quietly in the green and is nevertheless well connected to public transport towards Bubikon and Zürich.

Rent from CHF 1’200.– per month excl. utilities.
A parking space can be rented additionally if required.

It is more important to me to find the right person for pleasant and uncomplicated coexistence than to simply rent out living space.
