Oktober 2026 suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine moderne 1.5-Zimmer-Wohnung in ruhiger und gleichzeitig zentraler Lage in Olten. - Ca. 31 m2 Wohnfläche - Balkon - Eigene Waschmaschine in der Wohnung - Moderne Küche mit Geschirrspüler - Badezimmer mit Dusche - Bahnhof Olten in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuss - Migros, Coop und Lidl in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar Zusätzlich würde ich mich freuen, wenn folgende Möbel übernommen werden könnten: Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Tisch und Stühle Alle sind in sehr gutem Zustand und wurden erst vor rund 9 Monaten gekauft.
