**Furnished shared flat room in Kreis 6 for sublet (English version below)** Dear apartment seekers Since I am traveling, I am renting out a beautiful, furnished room in our cozy apartment in Kreis 6 for 6–8 months. We are happy to discuss the exact duration together. **Key data** 🗓 **Period:** From 1 November 2026 for 6–8 months (flexible) 💰 **Rent:** CHF 1'250.– per month (incl. utilities and internet) **The apartment & the room** The apartment is a true feel-good place: bright, quiet, and furnished with much love. The entire residential building was completely renovated in 2025. **Your room** Your room (see photos) is currently used as an office and dining area. Until your move-in, we will of course furnish it cozily so that you can feel comfortable. Some of the intended furniture is marked with "Your furniture" in the photos. Upon request, we can also provide you with a grey box-spring bed. **Living room** A large, bright living room with a comfortable sofa and armchair invites you to relax. Fresh herbs and strawberries also grow on the balcony with morning sun. Not to be forgotten is our projector for cozy movie nights or fun game nights (Nintendo Switch). **Kitchen** The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It has a dishwasher, a small dining table, and a coffee machine (which prepares super fine coffee). **Bathroom** The bright bathroom has a shower/bathtub as well as storage space. **Location** The apartment is located directly at Berninaplatz in Kreis 6. The Hallenstadion and the Irchelpark can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The Irchelpark offers numerous possibilities for picnicking and barbecuing, as well as running tracks and sports fields. From Berninaplatz (approx. 2 minutes walk from the apartment) two tram lines run, which bring you in about: * 5 minutes to Bahnhof Oerlikon, * 15 minutes to Hauptbahnhof Zürich and * 15 minutes to the buildings of UZH and ETH. Shopping facilities are reachable within a few minutes' walk. In addition, a fine Gelateria and a beautiful indoor pool are located directly nearby. Despite the central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. **WG life** You would share the apartment with Manu (30). Living together is relaxed and uncomplicated.
