Room in a shared flat

Since I am moving out of our shared apartment, we are looking for a new person starting from 4 October for my approx. 20 m² room in a super location directly at Limmatplatz.

You would live together with three roommates: an architecture student, a psychiatrist, and an engineer, all between 25 and 36 years old. The WG is relaxed and uncomplicated – people enjoy having a beer together sometimes, cooking, or also doing something like a hike.

Since with my move-out no woman would currently be living in the WG anymore, we would be particularly happy about a female roommate, but men are of course also welcome.

The apartment is currently for sublet at least until March, but there is the possibility that the tenancy can be extended after that.

Location: Directly at Limmatplatz – tram practically at the doorstep, in a few minutes at Zürich HB, very good shopping facilities and the Langstrasse right around the corner.

Move-in: from 4 October
Room: approx. 20 m²
Deposit: CHF 2’400
