Room in a shared flat

Then you have come to the right place! :) Since I am going traveling from November, I am looking for a subtenant who would like to live together with my great roommates Marius (34), Julia (31) and Florian (27). In our 5.5-room maisonette apartment, an open living and dining area, a spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, laundry tower, pantry, lift and a large cellar compartment await you. My spacious, bright room (21 m2) with a view of the Pilatus and its own balcony (5m2) is rented furnished: \- Bed incl. mattress \- Nightstand \- Two Kallax shelves \- Pax wardrobe (3m wide) \- Height-adjustable desk incl. office chair \- Balcony furniture Included in the price of CHF 1'220.- are rent, utilities and furniture. An additional CHF 125.- goes into the shared household fund for internet, shared household products and a professional cleaning service, which cleans our apartment every two weeks. The apartment is located in an excellent position: Luzern station can be reached in 5 minutes by bike and in 10 minutes on foot. Cool bars, cafés and shopping facilities are located directly at the doorstep.
