I am leaving my apartment located at Rouges-Terres in Hauterive (2068) and am looking for a solvent successor for a lease takeover as soon as possible / date to be agreed.
Apartment of approximately 30 m², pleasant and functional, ideal for a single person, a student or a couple.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. It includes a main room large enough to separate the sleeping area and the living area, a separate kitchen with space for a dining area, a small entrance as well as a bathroom with bathtub and WC. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and a hood. A private cellar is included with the accommodation.

The apartment will not be furnished but there are a few items that I think I will leave if possible (notably the bed which is practical in the apartment).

Rent: CHF 850./month including charges (excluding electricity)
Parking space: CHF 50./month
Total with parking: CHF 900./month

The building also has a common laundry room with washing machine and dryer, usable according to the assigned time slots, as well as a bicycle room.

Location

The location is particularly practical for reaching Neuchâtel while living near the lake:

• Rouges-Terres bus stop 2 min walk
• St-Blaise Gare Lac station 7 min
• St-Blaise CFF station 10 min (uphill)
• lake 10 min
• denner and coop Saint-Blaise 5/10 min walk or by bus
• place Pury 15/20 min by bus

To compile the file, the following are specifically requested:

• rental application form from the agency
• last 3 pay slips/salary certificates
• copy of identity document and/or residence permit
• extract from the Office des poursuites dated less than 3 months
• certificate/copy of RC and household insurance
