Room in a shared flat

I am renting a furnished room in a quietly located apartment in a central location. The apartment is located near the Limmat and offers a pleasant, relaxed living atmosphere. It is situated on the outskirts of town with very good connections.

• The connection to public transport is very good:
• ETH Hönggerberg is reachable in approx. 15 minutes.
• Altstetten station is about 13 minutes away.
• The Frankental tram/bus station is only 3 minutes away on foot.
• Shopping 3 minutes on foot
• Bakery 4 minutes on foot

The location is ideal for students or professionals who want to live quietly and at the same time be quickly in the city or at ETH.
About me
I am a young-at-heart 50-year-old, open-minded and uncomplicated. A quiet and pleasant coexistence is important to me. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors in nature and spending time in my allotment garden. At the same time, I also like to go partying every now and then – so a good mix of peace and activity. I enjoy eating together sometimes or having a glass of wine.
I look forward to a respectful, relaxed shared apartment atmosphere and someone who also values harmonious coexistence.
An old cat also lives in my apartment at the moment! It is very important to me that the person truly has a heart for cats and takes loving care of him in my absence. He needs medication 2x daily and food 2x daily. (I am not away often!)
I want a shared apartment and I am not renting out a hotel room where one is just for dinner! It is also important that the person has normal or, better yet, no use of perfumes.
