The available room is 12 m² in size, costs CHF 712.- /month (including everything) and is located on the second floor of the apartment. ✨ 1 cozy room with a charming sloped ceiling ✨ Behind your room, there is additional storage space in the attic. ✨ If you would like more pictures of the apartment or the room, just let us know 📸 ✨ In front of the room, there is a built-in wardrobe that you can use, and you can also place a piece of furniture outside of your room. 🌟 The apartment 5.5-room apartment on the 3rd floor with: ✨ large, cozy living/dining room with wooden ceiling and fireplace ✨ kitchen (with new dishwasher and refrigerator) ✨ 3 WCs, one of which has a shower (no stress in the morning 😄) ✨ additional room upstairs as a yoga/reading room for relaxing ✨ projector and various games for cozy evenings 🎬🎲 ✨ We do not have a balcony, but there is a park and the Aare nearby ✨ Smoking is not possible in the shared flat. About us We have a relaxed, open shared flat – good coexistence is important to us, but everything is very uncomplicated and without pressure. We meet, for example, for cooking together, at events like the Museumsnacht, or just spontaneously for something, depending on what fits at the moment. Simon (32) – works in logistics, likes to cook (Thai curry 🙌), plays badminton, goes to the gym, and is always up for game nights or swimming in the Aare. Caro (28) - works as a lawyer at a legal protection insurance company, enjoys climbing, hiking, or swimming in her free time, and appreciates an open, cozy living together. Stefan (32) – studies entrepreneurship, does parkour, likes being outdoors, reads a lot, and is always open to good conversations or games.
