**Bright room in a 3.5-room shared apartment in Zurich (Kreis 4)** I am leaving my room on an indefinite basis (_unbefristet_) starting from October 1st, 2026. **Location (K4)** * Public transport: Bus 31 right outside the building; buses 72, 83, and 33 just a 5-minute walk away. * Connections: 8-minute walk to Hardbrücke, 5 minutes by bike to Bullingerplatz, and 7 minutes to Lochergut. **The Room & The Apartment** * The room: 15 m², bright, furnishings to be agreed upon. * Living room: Spacious, with a long balcony overlooking the green courtyard. * Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and a second small service balcony. * Additional features: Bathroom, second bedroom, and a very spacious basement storage unit (_Keller_). **Who you will be living with:** Hi, I'm Luca, a 30-year-old from Italy. I recently finished my PhD in Biology at UZH and I'm currently navigating the wonderfully chaotic world of job hunting. You'll usually find me chasing good music. I love everything from proto-punk and rock 'n' roll to garage/bass music, and if there's a proper soundsystem in Zürich, there's a good chance I'll be dancing by the stacks until the lights come on. I'm a sociable person and genuinely enjoy getting to know people and talking about whatever niche topic someone accidentally brings up. My friends would probably describe me as a certified yapper, but I’m also very respectful of personal space and quiet time. **Who Luca is looking for:** I'm looking for a flatmate who's open, communicative, easygoing, queer-friendly (or queer yourself), a little _hässig_ in the best Swiss sense, and up for the occasional shared coffee, dinner, or spontaneous chat—that would be a big plus!
