THE PROJECT:

The project consists of a rectangular building that expands over three above-ground floors and one basement floor. The architecture of the building is in the «Gotthardbahn» style and its construction dates back to the far-off year 1890, characterized by elegant facades that demand maintenance, best enhancing the substance and historical charm of the building.

As a dependency of the residential units, these are partly oriented north and/or south, as well as some being oriented towards the side of Via Giuseppe Motta and others towards the important track system of the railway station.

Located in the basement are the storage rooms/cellars for the various residential and administrative units and the relevant technical rooms necessary for the proper functioning of the building. The shared laundry room is located in the central body of the building, more precisely in the stair area on the 1st upper floor. The entrance to the building concerning the apartments is located on the north-east facade facing Via G. Motta, as well as the mail reception system.
