It is a 4.5 room apartment on the ground floor (87m2), in the village center, beautifully quiet, with a lot of greenery around and in 15 minutes you are already in the city of Zürich. The apartment is nicely bright, has a new parquet floor, 3 bedrooms, a living room, a small dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a small toilet and a terrace with lawn in front to spend cozy time. Your room is 12m2 and is already furnished (bed 160cm, table, dresser, wardrobe). I am 39 and work as a self-employed consultant.
