I am looking for a single person or a couple as a subtenant for my fully furnished 2.5-room apartment in Wiedikon while I am traveling. The period is fixed for 3 months – from the end of October / beginning of November 2026 to the end of January 2027. The apartment is 55 m² in size and is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. The location is super central, directly near the Fritschiwiese and Friedhof Sihlfeld, between Lochergut and Albisriederplatz. It is a typical old building with simple standards. All the furniture seen in the photos will remain inside, and I will create space for you as much as possible (e.g., wardrobe, kitchen shelf, …). Apartment: – 1 living room – 1 bedroom (with double bed) – 1 kitchen, fully equipped. Mini dishwasher and gas stove. – 1 bathroom, with bathtub – cellar compartment available, a small part can be made available upon arrangement – washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use in the cellar (with coin machine, approx. 1 CHF for a normal wash cycle) Miet & Deposit: – Rent: CHF 1860 / month + flat rate CHF 100 / month for all additional utility costs (electricity, gas, WLAN/TV) – Deposit (blocked account): 2 months' rent Important - Proof of liability insurance & residence permit in Switzerland If interested, I look forward to a short message with a few pieces of information about you.
