I am offering a 4-room apartment on the 2nd floor with approx. 78 m² for exchange for a quiet 3 or 3.5 room apartment in the city of Luzern (6003 - 6005). The apartment offers a bathroom with a bathtub as well as two washbasins and a large mirror. The kitchen has space for a small table and offers plenty of storage space. The bedrooms are divided into 2 x 12 m² and 1 x 16m². On the balcony, the sun's rays can be enjoyed until late. One compartment in the attic as well as in the cellar are also included. WM and Tumbler are shared with the neighbors. The surroundings are super quiet - it is beautiful to live here. Shopping facilities and schoolhouse are reachable within walking distance.
