The loft-room is fully furnished. It is in our family home, in the center of the beautiful village of Grandvaux (Bourg-en-Lavaux) located in Lavaux. The room is available from 10 September 2026 The room is arranged as follows: \- Sleeping area on a mezzanine (a new railing is going to be installed) \- Seating area with television \- Desk area \- Small kitchenette with Fridge, microwave, kettle, induction hob / Attention: there is no access to water in the room but we share our kitchen! We share the following spaces: \- Bathroom and WC \- Laundry room \- Large fitted kitchen \- Balcony and Roof terrace The CFF stations of Grandvaux and Cully are a 15-minute walk away. All-inclusive rent: CHF 1180 per month. Rent includes: Water, Electricity, Heating, Internet Laundry (washing machine & dryer) Vacuum cleaner and cleaning accessories Cleaning products Serafe & ECA tax Pets are not allowed. We would like to share our house with a young woman, student or professional, non-smoker, respectful of common areas and appreciating a calm environment.
