We have a beautiful room in a shared apartment ideally located in Saint-Julien-en-Genevois, 1 minute from the "PERLY" customs by car. It is located in a fully renovated 80m2 apartment on the 2nd floor on rue de la Saint Martin. The Hutins bus stop line 80 is located 1 min walk away, as well as a Carrefour Market open 7j/7.
The room has an area of 12 m2
2 other rooms are currently rented by Thomas (29 years old) and myself.
This shared apartment offers a large living area including a living room with a video projector, equipped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, oven, kettle, dishwasher).
A bicycle parking space is available on the Ground Floor.
Charges are 2.0CHF per room all included (hot/cold water, electricity, gas, heating, wifi, cleaning of common areas and household waste.

We are preferably looking for a person in their 30s to preserve harmony in the shared apartment
