Room in a shared flat

We live as a group of three in the upper apartment of a charming half-timbered house in Au ZH, only a few minutes' walk from the lake and the Wädenswil Strandbad. The nearest Coop as well as the bus stop are also reachable on foot within a few minutes. With the bus, you can reach Wädenswil station in a few minutes. The shared apartment consists of several floors. In the main area are the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom and the toilet, as well as your room and Odilia's room. Julius lives upstairs, and our attic is also located there. Above that is an attic room with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Here, one can, for example, do yoga or meditate. From the kitchen and the living room, we also have a lake view. We also have a cellar with a laundry room, which we share with our landlady. Your area consists of two unfurnished rooms with a lake view :) Through the larger room (9.65m²) one reaches the smaller one (6.6m²), which has a sloped ceiling and has mostly been used as a sleeping area. You share the apartment with Julius (31) and Odilia (31). Julius is a chemist and is in the middle of his professional life. Besides that, he enjoys climbing and hiking. Odilia is currently doing her teaching diploma for the subjects German and English and works alongside as a German teacher at a language school in Zürich. She only moved in recently and is currently still settling in. While Julius is relatively much on the go, Odilia is also often at home or at the lake, especially during the semester holidays. Additionally, she plays the harp. Occasional joint activities would be very welcome; at the same time, it should always be possible to retreat to one's room or to do something on one's own. Currently, our shared apartment is purely vegetarian. In the lower apartment, our landlady lives with her young son and a cat. The cat knows no apartment boundaries and regularly visits the shared apartment. **Costs:** The rent is 676 CHF per month. Additionally, costs for internet, electricity and Serafe fees are incurred. **Move-in:** The room is available from the beginning of September.
