The apartment has 2 balconies with a beautiful view of Lake Zurich. The apartment is located in a new building completed in 2021 with underfloor heating and underfloor cooling. The price includes all costs (including fiber-optic internet and electricity). Thalwil train station is within 10 minutes, Lake Zurich in less than 5 minutes on foot. Very good shopping facilities (Migros and Coop within walking distance, Lidl in Thalwil-Gattikon and Rüschlikon) are nearby. The apartment has a kitchen with dishwasher, own washing tower, a cellar compartment and a parking space in the underground garage (CHF 150/month).
