Room in a shared flat

I am renting out a room in my apartment.

The room is rented with a bed. An open wardrobe as well as two chests of drawers are available for use.

The apartment features a kitchen with a dishwasher for shared use, a balcony, and a laundry room with a washer-dryer tower.

The shower is available to the subtenant; otherwise, the bathroom is used communally.

I am looking for a person who:

• is employed
• speaks German or English
• is quiet, clean, and considerate
• is looking for a pure Zweck-WG (shared flat for functional purposes) and not a party or social WG

Quiet coexistence is particularly important. No visitors are desired from Sunday to Thursday. On Friday and Saturday, visits are basically possible, as long as consideration is given to the peace in the household.
