Room in a shared flat

The room is 17.1m2 + 3.5m2 (walk-in closet) with large window fronts and morning sun. The apartment itself is very large, bright and has a super view of the Eulachpark with various balconies. On the floor plan, it is room no. 1 We are looking for someone per sofort who likes to participate in shared apartment life, likes cats and is not afraid of a cleaning cloth. The cats are named Chilli and Mila (4), our shared apartment cats who are very cheeky and cute, especially when they want your food :) We are all upbeat and look forward to a roommate who is not just looking for a purpose-driven WG, but also very much appreciate our peace and privacy. We are not a party WG, but still have guests, a movie night or a WG party every now and then. We are generally very flexible people with whom one can talk well if anything is the case.
