Room in a shared flat

I am looking for someone for my room in this 2-person shared apartment. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a small kitchen. There is also a small garden. A washing machine and a large freezer compartment are available in the kitchen. The apartment is completely furnished. I am looking for someone starting immediately or by arrangement to take over my rental contract until April. The contract can, of course, be extended with the landlord by arrangement. If you are interested, I look forward to showing you the room!
