Room in a shared flat

I am currently in the process of founding a shared flat that should feel a bit like home.
I am renting out a 4m^2, already furnished room for a limited period of 6 months with a walk-in wardrobe-

The apartment spans 2 floors, has a living room, a large balcony, 2 large bathrooms, a bicycle shelter and a laundry room, which a total of only 5 people use.

I am Chiara, 26, I deal with genetics and in my free time I like to go Aare surfing, dancing Bachata, snowboarding and attending a beekeeping course with a cool senior group.
We would prefer to find a man between 25 and 35 years old to maintain the balance in the shared flat. You are a non-smoker, have no pets, bring a sense of humor and ideally you cook better than I do.
Jeremy (Biomedical Engineer) and Sara (teacher) are also moving into the shared flat and would like to get to know you. Both are super sympa and are always up for long conversations.
