Room in a shared flat

Heey :) Since May 2023, 9 people have been living in a large and magnificent 600m2 manor in Givisiez. It is composed of 8 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 50m2 veranda/living room and an immense 300m2 garden. Four places are becoming available by October 2026, the exact dates are to be defined. The rooms in question: 1. 40,3m2, 2nd floor, CHF 607,57 (rent) + CHF 150,00 (charges)= CHF 757,57 2. 58,6m2, 3rd floor, CHF 769,02 + CHF 150,00= CHF 919,02 3. 16,5m2, 3rd floor, CHF 397,60 + CHF 150,00= CHF 547,60 4. 18,3m2, 3rd floor, CHF 413,48 + CHF 150,00= CHF 563,48 Added to the total is still a small monthly financial contribution for the common pot. In our living space, kindness, respect and sharing are essential. Here, we try to be more than just a simple flatshare: together we are building a warm and welcoming place where everyone can feel at home, be themselves and evolve in safety. We are looking for people who share this desire to create a convivial and respectful living space. Open-mindedness, communication, consideration for others as well as respect for the environment through our consumption patterns are important values for us. We especially try to prioritize, whenever possible, organic, local and seasonal products. The entire house and the grounds also require a collective investment for maintenance (the lawn, weeding, cleaning). If you wish, you can also get involved in our beautiful vegetable garden and other projects. In order to evolve this magnificent place together, share our ideas and especially because we care about taking care of the people living there, we organize about 1 meeting/dinner per week. As four people are currently leaving the project, this also means that a new dynamic is to be built together. The people who join the adventure will therefore have an important place in this new chapter of the manor and will participate in shaping its atmosphere and functioning. The 5 people you will live with, to give you a small idea: Pablo - 28 years old: independent artist who writes songs and gives writing classes, loves deep conversations. He is composed of 87% quinoa Arianna - 28 years old, political science researcher, nature enthusiast, climber, trance-lucid dancer. She likes moving by bike, making sourdough bread and drawing oracles Lorrie - 29 years old: greatly enjoys being in nature, discovering new plants or traveling by bike and especially sharing game evenings among friends. Dario: 29 years old: cabinetmaker involved in several associations and who likes to share his craft. Keywords: crosswords, twerk and goats. Always ready to share an evening, to chat, play or kick a ball. Tiffany, 30 years old: drummer / musician and active in culture, she is often on the road for one of her projects. She enjoys spending moments / meals together, cycling or climbing. And of course, seeing concerts! A few more practical infos that might interest you: •⁠ ⁠The manor is close to a PubliBike station and several bus stops. Four buses per hour go to Fribourg. By bike, you are at the Fribourg station in less than 10 minutes. •⁠ ⁠We are next to a garden with mega cool goats •⁠ We prioritize soft mobility but there is space in front of the manor to park without additional costs.
