Additional space: cellar, small attic (accessible via a ladder), storage room, space in front of the apartment door for shoes and wardrobe, space for two bicycles in the garage, garden with seating area and grill. New dishwasher and refrigerator as well as a well-functioning, private washing machine in the bathroom.

Cozy and ideal to unwind after an exhausting day, walks (on foot or by bike), good atmosphere with the neighbors, plenty of space if you like crafting/handiwork.

In short: a quiet, sunny place with views of the Jura and the Bernese Alps. A feel-good home where you feel like you are on holiday in everyday life.

The neighbor has a pond in the garden in which frogs live, which often croak in the afternoons and evenings and sometimes run a bit wild during mating season. However, they are hardly audible by closing the windows.
Since there are already many animals in the surrounding area—two cats, sheep, a beaver and a heron—pets are not allowed in the house.
