This room is available in a shared 4-person apartment (WG) located in the beautiful and convenient area of Zurich Oerlikon. * Only a 3-minute walk to tram lines 10 and 51 * Just 3 minutes to shopping centers, a pharmacy, bakery, and more. * Irchel Park is within a few minutes' reach. * The University of Zurich is less than a 10-minute walk or a quick ride by public transport. A washer and dryer are available in the basement without a schedule. You will be sharing the apartment with three other flatmates, all in their twenties and early thirties, working full-time. The rent varies on the duration of the stay: \- 6 months+ contract: 1’120 CHF \- 5-6 months contract: 1'220 CHF \- 3-5 months contract: 1’320 CHF \- 1-2 month contract: 1’420 CHF Rent covers all utilities, furnishings, internet, and weekly professional housekeeping of the common areas.
