The apartment (around 70 m²) is fully furnished, has a well-equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, access to a large shared garden, and is located on the 2nd floor of a house of a family with five apartements in total. I enjoy creating a cosy and beautiful home and have furnished the shared spaces myself with attention to detail. I’d love to share the apartment with someone who also appreciates a nice atmosphere and enjoys making a place feel like home. I'm looking for someone who's easy-going, tidy, respectful and takes care of shared spaces. It would be nice to occasionally cook together, have a chat after work or share everyday moments, while also respecting each other's space and routines.
